Three programmes, one method: start from the work, not from the syllabus
Catalogue training is cheap to buy and expensive to waste. Everything we run starts from a situation your teams are struggling with, and works backwards to the content.
✓ Three programmes
Business English.
Generative AI for teams.
Silicon Valley immersion.
⚡ Practical
14 to 70 hours depending on the objective. On site, remote or blended. Two to four weeks to start; ten days when it is urgent.
The three programmes
Business English
Meetings, negotiation, written correspondence and the technical vocabulary of your sector. Levels A2 to C1, with a placement test before the programme is designed — because a team that reads technical documents comfortably but loses ground in live discussion does not need the same programme as a team starting from scratch.
The method is e-dutainment: films and series rather than textbook dialogues.
Generative AI for teams
Practical use in daily work, with the judgement to check what the tools produce. No technical prerequisite. Sales, management, engineering, HR — the programme adjusts by group. Full details.
Executive immersion
A week in Silicon Valley for leadership teams with a defined question. Working sessions rather than presentations, and a written set of decisions at the end rather than a set of impressions. Full details.
For programmes built entirely to order across several of these areas, see custom corporate training programs.
How a programme is designed
Scoping first: what should people be able to do at the end, by when, and what is currently in the way. Then positioning, individually, so nobody spends time on what they already master. Then delivery, with a checkpoint partway through while there is still time to adjust.
It sounds obvious. It is also the step most providers skip, which is why so much corporate training produces good completion rates and no visible change.
Formats and volumes
- Volume: from 14 hours for a focused intensive to 70 hours for a long blended track. Determined at scoping — we do not sell volume before knowing the objective.
- On site: the trainer comes to your premises, anywhere in France and across Europe.
- Remote: for distributed teams, with the same exercises.
- Blended: self-paced modules for the fundamentals, live sessions for practice — the usual choice for multi-site organisations.
- Intensive: two to three days when there is a fixed deadline.
Groups of 4 to 12 in person. Larger headcounts are split across parallel sessions with dedicated trainers. Individual coaching is available for executives or highly specific needs.
Measuring what changed
We set the measure before the programme starts, and we prefer observable ones. Can they now run the weekly call with the German subsidiary without preparing a script? Is the proposal turnaround shorter? Did escalations to a bilingual colleague drop?
A placement test at the start and end gives a level reference on the Common European Framework. Useful, but not the point — the point is what people can do at work on the Monday after.
Working with us from outside France
We deliver on site across Europe and remotely worldwide. Programmes run in English, French or Spanish depending on your teams.
Marmignon Brothers is Qualiopi-certified — the French national quality standard for training providers, which means our processes are externally audited rather than self-declared. For buyers outside France the practical meaning is simple: trainer selection, programme design and evaluation are audited by a third party.
Our work has been covered by Europe 1, Forbes France, M6 and RTL2, and more than 50,000 learners have gone through our programmes over the past decade.
Timelines
Two to four weeks from agreement to first session is typical. Ten days is possible when there is a deadline. Tell us the constraint and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
Common questions
How do you handle very different levels in one team?
Participants are split into level-homogeneous groups after the placement test. Mixing a near-beginner with an advanced speaker guarantees that both waste their time.
Can you train teams across several sites at once?
Yes. Multi-site organisations usually take the blended format: shared self-paced modules for the fundamentals, live sessions per site or per level group.
Do your trainers travel?
Yes, across France and Europe. For sites further afield, remote delivery uses the same exercises and the same trainers.
What if the programme is not working?
The checkpoint partway through exists for exactly that. It is scheduled from the start, while there is still time to change the content, the rhythm or the group composition.
What accreditation do you hold?
Qualiopi, the French national quality certification for training providers, which involves a full external audit of our processes.

Schools, companies and public bodies train their teams with Marmignon Brothers.
What should your teams be able to do that they cannot do today?
That question is where every programme starts. Tell us the answer and we design the rest around it.
