Corporate English Training: Build Your Teams’ Skills With Bespoke Business English Programmes

The performance reflex: upskilling your teams without eating into your internal budgets is a major professional development challenge. As a specialist professional training organisation, we design every corporate English programme to answer precisely the growth objectives of directors, operational managers and teams, hand in hand with HR.

For companies with a French entity, OPCO funding through the Plan de Développement des Compétences (PDC) turns your teams’ language skills into a powerful business lever — with fully bespoke programmes.

What Does Corporate English Training Cost, and How Is It Funded?

The cost of a training project varies with the teaching format chosen. For companies with a French entity, however, activating your OPCO budget lets you roll out a large-scale plan with no direct internal budget constraint. Where the ceilings are exceeded, corporate co-funding arrangements can be brought in to work towards a zero net cost.

Running a language programme calls for agility and a clear grasp of the funding schemes available. Our bespoke solutions adjust precisely to the realities of each professional sector and to the requirements of your industry. This structured approach benefits your people directly, supporting steady progress that they can apply directly in their working life.

Potentially no internal budget required

Full or partial funding from the industry envelopes available to you.

Several employees can be trained at once within a single programme.

Full control

How Does Corporate English Training Work, and What Are the Teaching Methods?

Effective English training has to break with linear, tedious theory classes. At Marmignon Brothers, we combine the flexibility of a cutting-edge e-learning app with bespoke human coaching to support lasting language retention.

E-dutainment: An Innovative Language Method Backed by Neuroscience

The e-dutainment app is an innovative solution born of a simple observation: emotion fixes memory. Conceived by our dynamic French start-up, our high-performing, original teaching approach replaces the classroom with the spectacular. Learning a language stops feeling like an effort and becomes total immersion.

The brain does not retain what bores it. That is why interaction sits at the core of Marmignon Brothers, our training organisation. Whether the goal is general or professional English, the secret lies in authentic exposure. By choosing to learn English through films and series, you expose your employees’ ears to real life. They absorb the structures of the English language, pronunciation, spoken expression and vocabulary naturally. That is the heart of the method: exposing learners to linguistic reality.
Neuroscience proves it: emotion is the glue of memory.

Dopamine and anchoring

When your teams watch a film in its original version, their brain releases dopamine, which strongly supports memorisation.

Context vs theory

Unlike traditional classes, e-dutainment keeps the brain alert. The learner links a word to an image. Their vocabulary grows and quickly extends to every professional situation.

How Do We Structure and Personalise Corporate English Programmes?

To be effective, learning engineering has to fit your teams’ diaries, not the other way round. We build modular paths, including intensive courses or gentler rhythms, designed to slot neatly into your organisation’s needs and schedules. Our English programmes adapt to your constraints.

Our certifying English programme for employees

Our philosophy rests on our ability to personalise the learning engineering. Since every brain is different, the path is personalised with AI to fit each profile:

Adaptability

The algorithm analyses the user’s mistakes and serves them the right revision content. Everyone progresses at their own pace.

Business relevance

The AI recommends videos, films and series matched to your employees’ current English level and to their sector (business, tech, medical).

Human coaching

This advanced digital path is completed by one-to-one support from an expert trainer to guide the teams.

How Can I Improve My Business English Using Technology?

Beyond the films, technology is what makes the difference in helping users progress. The e-dutainment platform embeds advanced voice analysis tools to work on pronunciation and spoken expression:
1

Active listening

The learner hears an actor deliver a famous line in a native accent.
2

Repetition

The employee records their voice repeating the line.
3

AI feedback

Our interactive system compares the pronunciation to the original and corrects it instantly.
This approach breaks the fear of looking foolish and finally gets people speaking English in a professional context.

Interactive content built in partnership with the biggest studios

Learning with the e-dutainment app combines fun and immersion. To make that experience possible, Marmignon Brothers is one of the very few education companies to work directly with major Hollywood studios (Universal, Sony, Paramount). That relationship turns cinema into high-quality teaching material:

Exposure:

Watching official HD clips to anchor words in a strong visual context.

Action:

Immediate quizzes make the content interactive and gripping. The employee is no longer a spectator; they become a participant.

Validation:

Practical exercises confirm that the concepts have genuinely been acquired, in a playful, educational way.

What Is the Best Business English Training for a Company, and How Do You Choose It?

The best corporate English programme is the one whose method sustains genuine engagement from your teams. Comparing classic top-down classes with immersive, interactive approaches is what lets you validate the format that will deliver the best completion rate.

Le Match : Méthode scolaire classique vs Méthode e-dutainment

Critère

Méthode scolaire & cours classiques d'anglais

Chez Marmignon Brothers (e-dutainment)
Le Contenu Audios artificiels et datés (« Brian is in the kitchen »).

What Are the Objectives and Benefits of Business English Training for Employees?

For HR departments, launching a training project has to translate into concrete benefits for the teams and clear performance indicators for the company. As a Qualiopi-certified organisation, we provide precise tracking tools to validate the success of every path.

Measuring progress and recognising your teams’ skills

We let managers measure their teams’ progress on a fully factual basis. By the end of the sessions, every employee has developed sharp skills — whether that means smoothing a commercial relationship in English in a demanding professional setting, or independently writing various kinds of professional documents (strategic emails, activity reports, commercial proposals).

Why Our English Training Is a Business Accelerator

Mastering English across your sales, technical or management teams is an immediate competitive advantage. English at work should no longer be endured as a constraint, but shared as a collective strength. Our content is rigorously adapted to your market context and to the specific codes of your sector, aiming at genuine recognised professional qualification.

Strategic Alignment and Bespoke Learning Engineering: Answers for Decision-Makers

To meet the expectations of HR professionals, we co-build paths that tie the company’s imperatives to the teams’ own ambitions.

How do we make sure your corporate English training matches our objectives?

To aim for concrete results, we design English programmes fully aligned with the demands of your working day. From the moment your project starts, we define key indicators for each employee.

Throughout the path, your teams learn to exchange in English with fluency and confidence. Across the sessions, the emphasis is on spoken and written communication through real role-plays: meetings, pitches, negotiations. By the end, every employee can follow complex spoken communication and compose professional documents (emails, reports, offers) without missteps.

As a training manager, can I ask you for bespoke content?

Absolutely — that is the very core of our expertise. From our first conversation, we work closely with each training manager to design bespoke courses modelled on your sector (tech, finance, luxury, and so on).

We adapt the modules of our e-dutainment platform precisely and select the most relevant videos and industry vocabulary. Whether you choose group classes or intensive one-to-one sessions, this total flexibility lets your teams progress in English at their own pace. They practise exclusively on English in a real professional context, which unlocks their spoken communication and maximises their ease in every business interaction.

FAQ – Everything About Our Business English Training and Its Funding

Below are answers to the most frequent questions about administration, funding arrangements and how the various funding schemes work for your language training.
In most cases, yes. Coverage depends on your available training envelope and on the industry agreements in your sector. Some OPCOs cover teaching costs at 100%; others leave a partial balance. Contact us for a simulation matched to your situation.
There is no theoretical limit. In an on-site format, we recommend groups of 4 to 12 participants per level. For larger headcounts we run several groups with dedicated trainers, fundable through an OPCO framework agreement.
Yes. The TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) is listed in the Répertoire Spécifique of France Compétences. It is the most widely recognised English certification in the French professional world and is fundable by every OPCO.
Yes, entirely. We take care of writing the training programme, the teaching agreement, the attendance sheets and the final report. All you have to do is approve, sign and notify your OPCO of the funding request before the start date.
Then the OPCO scheme simply does not apply. We contract directly with your entity and invoice in euros, with intra-EU reverse charge where applicable; the programme is funded from your own training budget, with no French paperwork on your side. We supply attendance records, the detailed programme and completion certificates for your finance or HR department.
